Todd Rice is a co-owner of Blue Ridge Realty & Investments, an independently owned real estate firm with operations throughout the High Country, plus a Managing Broker/Owner with Boone High Country Rentals & Blue Ridge Professional Property Services, providing rental and owner association management. As a managing partner, Todd oversees combined operations including 50+ REALTOR®/Broker Agents and a staff of 30+ employees.  A licensed REALTOR® since 2004, Todd brings over 25 years of business experience to his clients.

Licensed in both NC and TN, Todd is an active member of the High Country Association of REALTORS®, a Broker-In-Charge, and successful real estate practitioner. Always looking to hone his professional skills to better serve his clients, Todd has obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), and Green REALTOR® designations.
